Refund and booking policy

Your planning fee covers our planning and guidance services only. It does not include reservations, activities, vendors or other experience costs, which are paid separately.

The 15-minute consultation is free. If you need to cancel or reschedule, just let us know.

Planning services are paid in full when you book. If you cancel before our first planning call, you'll get everything back except $20, which is non-refundable. Once planning begins, fees are final and non-refundable.

We work closely with our partners to hold your date, so our package policy matches theirs.

• More than 72 hours before your date: you'll get a full refund, minus $20 to cover the planning time already spent.
• Between 72 and 24 hours before: no refund, but you can rebook your date for another time.
• Less than 24 hours before: no refund and no rebooking. To go another time, you'd book and pay for a new date.

Bookings with our partners (restaurants, spas, experiences and more) follow each partner's own refund and cancellation policies. Plan You a Date is not responsible for refunds from partner businesses.

Plan You a Date is operated by Spulse Technologies Corp. Payments and receipts will show Spulse Technologies Corp.

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page.
