Refund & Booking Policy

Your planning fee covers our planning and guidance services only. It does not include reservations, activities, vendors or other experience costs, which are paid separately.
 

Free consultation. The 15-minute consultation is free. If you need to cancel or reschedule, just let us know.
 

Planning services. You can cancel for a full refund any time before your first planning meeting. Once planning begins, fees are final and non-refundable.
 

Partner businesses. Bookings with our partners (restaurants, spas, experiences and more) follow each partner's own refund and cancellation policies. Plan You a Date is not responsible for refunds from partner businesses.
 

Changes to this policy. We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page.
