Introduction


This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may or may not be issued for purchases made through Plan You a Date. By using our services, you agree to the conditions described below.

Digital Products (Preplanned Itineraries)
All digital itineraries are final sale and non-refundable once downloaded or accessed. Because these are instant digital products, we cannot issue refunds after purchase.

Custom Date Planning Services
Custom planning services include consultation, logistics, and booking support. Refunds may be considered only if the service has not yet commenced (for example, before your consultation takes place). Once the consultation or planning begins, fees are non-refundable.

Partner Businesses
Any purchases, bookings, or transactions made directly with partner businesses (restaurants, spas, experiences, etc.) are subject to the partner’s own refund and cancellation policies. Plan You a Date is not responsible for refunds from third-party providers.

Timeframe for Requests
Refund requests (where applicable) must be submitted within 7 days of purchase by contacting info@planyouadate.ca.

Changes to Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page, and continued use of our services implies acceptance of the changes.
