Your consultation fee covers our planning and guidance services only. It does not include the cost of reservations, activities, vendors, or any additional experience expenses.

By using our services, you agree to the conditions described below

Custom Date Planning Services
Custom planning services include consultation, logistics, and booking support. Refunds may be considered only if the service has not yet commenced (for example, before your consultation takes place). Once the consultation or planning begins, fees are non-refundable.

Partner Businesses
Any purchases, bookings, or transactions made directly with partner businesses (restaurants, spas, experiences, etc.) are subject to the partner’s own refund and cancellation policies. Plan You a Date is not responsible for refunds from third-party providers.

Timeframe for Requests

A full refund is available if you cancel 24 hours before your consultation time. Cancellations made within 24 hours, or after your consultation has already taken place, are not eligible for a refund.

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page, and continued use of our services implies acceptance of the changes.
